Whisk Care:

Soak before & after use in warm water.

Rinse gently and air-dry completely in an open space to prevent mold.

If mould grows, submerge the chasen in hot water.

Replace your chasen as needed.

Bamboo is prone to prong ends breaking off.

Due to expanding and contracting in response to humidity,

Chasen's handle may eventually split

Bamboo chashaku (spoon) care:

Use a damp paper towel to wipe off the spoon and pat it dry.

Matcha care:

Enjoy within 30 days of opening. Store in a cool, dry place.
