We are based in Hyderabad, Telangana. For local orders within Hyderabad, we use trusted local porters and delivery services to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.

note: At MatChéri, every order is carefully packed and prepared before it leaves us. We currently ship orders across India.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1-7 business days after payment and order confirmation. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared where available. Delivery generally takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Remote locations may require additional time. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping on Matcha

All orders containing matcha qualify for free shipping.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation may no longer be possible as the order may already be in preparation. If you need to cancel or make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. MatChéri cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order needs to be re-shipped because of an incorrect address, additional arrangements may be required.

Damaged, Tampered or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged, opened, tampered with, or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain the packaging and provide photographs of the package, shipping label, and affected product so that we can investigate and assist you.
